Who we are

Hi Everyone! I wanted to take a minute and tell you a little about me and my story. I grew up in Falls Church, Virginia with my parents and one sister. The tap into my creative mind happened early on in life. My greatest pastime was always rearranging the furniture in the house and trying to constantly refresh each room. I also designed every formal dance dress that I wanted to wear…but only in my mind which inevitably gave my mom the biggest headache when we couldn’t find anything like it at the local department stores!

I went on to study fashion merchandising and design at the University of South Carolina and completed my design internship in Paris, France. I fell in love with the charm of the South and decided to stick around a little longer after graduation. 20 years later, and with an additional degree in Architectural Engineering, I am still here and reside in Greenville, South Carolina with my incredible husband, 2 dogs and 2 cats (we don’t discriminate).

I have worn many professional hats (I even had a food truck business once!) and have educated myself in multiple areas of design including home bedding and textiles, apparel design and development for the Chick Fil A corporation, and continued education in architectural engineering and design. I believe my diverse background and experiences have come to shape me into a very thoughtful designer, bringing a unique perspective to designing for your lifestyle and well being.
